Who is responsible

AICLIPSE TECH LLP operates MovesThem and is responsible for its website, business inquiries and customer relationship records. Email support@movesthem.com with the subject “Privacy request” for access, correction, deletion or a privacy complaint. The same address handles support and billing; the subject helps us route your request.

Where we process workspace information on a customer’s instructions, the applicable service agreement and data-processing terms define the parties’ roles. The customer may be responsible for responding to rights requests about that information; we will explain the relevant route rather than treating every record as having the same controller. Payment sellers may independently control transaction records under their own notices.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive your name, email and the research context you submit, together with relevant inquiry source information. Depending on the service you use, information can include account details, workspace membership, briefs, uploaded lists, notes, queries, saved outputs and support correspondence. Provide only information you are authorized to share; do not put passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in research briefs.

Creator information and evidence

Creator research can involve profile and content information, source references, observation dates and derived research signals from the sources admitted for the service. Availability varies by platform, field and research scope. Public availability is not permission for every use. Contact us to ask about a record, request a correction or raise a removal concern. Include the profile or record reference so we can locate it; avoid sending unrelated personal information.

Why information is used

We use account and workspace information to provide the service requested, inquiry and support information to respond and resolve problems, transaction records to administer billing, and technical request information to protect the service. Providing an inquiry email or accepting the terms is not consent to unrelated marketing. Without necessary account, contact or billing information, we may be unable to provide the requested function.

Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, providing a service directly to an individual and responding to their pre-contract request can rely on contractual necessity. Managing business contacts and protecting the website can rely on legitimate interests, subject to an assessment of the individual’s rights. Mandatory billing and regulatory records rely on applicable legal obligations. Where processing requires consent, consent must be obtained separately and can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. These grounds do not automatically authorize every use of creator information or customer-supplied data.

Payments

Payment providers process payment credentials and transaction details under their own notices. MovesThem may receive the contact, invoice, subscription and payment-status information needed to deliver and support an order. Your checkout and receipt identify the relevant transaction provider or seller. Do not send complete card details through our inquiry or support channels.

Cookies, browser storage and diagnostics

Optional website analytics and third-party error/performance telemetry are disabled in this website release. We do not send website interaction events to an analytics provider or activate browser session replay or advertising pixels through our website code. Hosting and security services still process the network information needed to deliver and protect the website, including IP addresses and request details where applicable. These operational records are not the same as optional marketing analytics.

When you choose to carry a brief from a free tool to the contact form, we use browser session storage named “movesthem:contact-brief”. The contact form removes that stored handoff when it reads it and ignores drafts more than 30 minutes old. Closing the browser tab normally clears session storage; the 30-minute check is a limit on reuse rather than a scheduled deletion task. You can clear site storage through your browser.

Authenticated CMS editors use cookies for login and authorized previews. These support the requested editing functions. Payment and app services may have additional storage described at their point of use.

If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this notice and provide the consent or objection controls required before using it. A notice alone will not be treated as consent.

Service providers and AI processing

Service providers receive information needed for their role. Website hosting and delivery providers process network requests; email providers process messages sent to our support address; payment providers process transactions; and infrastructure providers process operational records. Our recorded business-email provider is Zoho Mail. Optional Sentry telemetry is disabled in this website release. A provider’s separate privacy notice describes its own responsibilities and does not replace ours.

Research may require sending a query and relevant creator evidence to contracted data or AI providers. The fields sent, processing location, retention and any training use must be assessed for the provider and service involved. This notice does not promise zero retention, a particular processing country or exclusion from model training without verified contractual and configuration support. Contact support@movesthem.com for the processing details applicable to your intended research before providing sensitive or confidential material.

International processing must use safeguards required for the applicable transfer. Where required, you may request information about the relevant safeguards through our privacy contact.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the record and its purpose. Account and workspace records support the active service and any agreed post-subscription access. Support correspondence may need to remain while an inquiry, complaint or related dispute is being resolved. Transaction and contract records may need to remain for applicable tax, accounting or legal obligations. Security records may be needed to investigate an incident. Information retained for such an exception should be limited to that purpose.

Canceling renewal does not itself delete an account or saved research, and a monthly credit reset is not a deletion event. Email support@movesthem.com with “Delete account” or “Privacy request”, identify the account or creator record, and specify what you want deleted. Do not send passwords or full payment details. We will explain the applicable scope, timing and any records that must remain when handling the request.

Deletion from active systems and expiry from backups are separate processes. Minimal suppression or correction records may be necessary to prevent removed creator information from being reintroduced. This notice does not promise that all records and backups disappear immediately after cancellation.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable law and our role, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your information. You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on it. Rights are not identical in every jurisdiction and exceptions may apply; we will explain the reason if a request cannot be fulfilled.

Email support@movesthem.com with “Privacy request”. Include your account email or the relevant creator-profile reference and the action requested. You do not need a paid account to raise a creator-data concern. We may request proportionate verification, but do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary and how to provide them securely. We will respond within the applicable legal deadline and explain any permitted extension.

For a complaint, use “Privacy complaint” and explain the concern or reference an earlier request. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority where that right applies; contacting us first is not a condition of exercising it.

Children and changes

MovesThem is intended for adult business users. Creator-record concerns, including information involving minors, can be raised through our privacy contact. The date on this page identifies the current notice. We will update it when practices change and provide further notice or choices where required.
