Use the evaluation allowance shown above to try a real research brief. No card is required, and the evaluation does not automatically become a paid subscription.
One research credit covers one standard check: one supported question about one creator using up to 30 available content items. Reviewing 20 creators against three questions uses up to 60 credits. You see the maximum credit use before a batch runs. Browsing stored results and reopening saved answers do not use research credits. Creator exports have a separate allowance and do not deduct research credits.
Requests we already know are unsupported are rejected before charging research credits. A completed investigation can still find inconclusive evidence; its credit cost is disclosed before it runs. Technical failures, duplicate processing and internal retries do not create extra charges.
Included research credits reset each monthly billing period and do not roll over. Reopening a saved answer does not consume another check. Saved-result access and retention are separate from your monthly allowance.
The export allowance counts distinct creator records exported during a billing period. Exporting the same record again within that period does not use another export. Only the fields permitted for your service are included; an export allowance is not a contact-unlock or content-republication license.
Yes. Cancel through the billing route identified in your receipt or email support@movesthem.com before your next renewal date and time. No sales call is required. We use the time your email reaches us; if our processing delay causes a renewal charge after a timely request, we refund that renewal. Normal cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends and does not automatically refund the current period.
Tell us how you plan to use the research so we can confirm permitted client sharing and export fields for your scope. You retain rights in your own briefs and notes. Third-party content and creator records remain subject to their applicable permissions.
