Data and evidence

Operational principles, not a legal privacy policy or a claim of third-party certification.

Clear units. Visible evidence. Fewer false conclusions.

Creator intelligence is trustworthy only when teams can tell what was observed, what was inferred and what remains unknown. These principles define how MovesThem communicates that boundary.

01

Name the record

An indexed platform-profile record is not automatically a unique person. We keep the source record, any resolved creator identity and the searchable product result conceptually separate.

02

Keep evidence attached

A recommendation should retain the observations, calculations and contextual reasoning that support it. Missing evidence stays visible instead of being converted into false certainty.

03

Separate systems by purpose

Payload CMS manages public editorial content, authorship, review dates and media provenance. Raw record-level creator datasets do not belong in the editorial CMS or this public repository.

04

Qualify coverage

Indexed source-profile records, canonical creator identities and product-searchable coverage answer different questions. Coverage language should identify which measure is being used.

05

Review in context

Audience, market, language, content, suitability and performance signals are interpreted against a defined brief. No single score is treated as a universal creator verdict.

06

Make public claims reviewable

Public research carries a disclosed organizational byline, a review date, inspectable sources where applicable and a revision record for substantive changes.

Accountability
